A draw would still be a good result - I didn't think it would happen but we have been second best for much of today.
It would be a great result considering our patchwork team.

Herrera should have been snt off there!

Real blood and guts stuff today, we've really got stuck in today.

I think we've shown how you should play as the away team in this derby. Not the shameful display Utd turned up with back in October!

Pathwork team, outplayed for most of it, I'll take the draw. Played all the top 6 away from home... and still in with a chance with top 4. Got to be happy with that!

A good result, I reckon. Great second half. Nerves are in shards though.

Apparently the LFC kit man has just found £89m in Henderson's pocket.

I actually feel a bit disappointed.

Overall a messy game, but we looked pretty solid really.

Fitting that they resort to route 1 for most of the second half. RIP Graham Talyor.

edited: 2nd to 6th is pretty tight

He improved by 100% by not touching the ball

Yeap. Draw was the right score, and a decent performance when we have quite a few important players out/ coming back.

Mignolet had a great day today, kept us in the game a few times.

I'd love to know what words were exchanged between Klopp and Mourinho after the tussle between Herrera and Firmino laugh

Happy with that in isolation.

Shame Wijnaldum ran out of steam and didn't track back for their goal and also locked that composure in front of goal.

Joint 2nd and 7 points off top. The title is Chelsea's to lose I think. Hopefully the Costa strike bites them.

Mignolet played really well I thought. Pleased to see Coutinho back. What we'd achieve with a striker that suited our style of play.

It was your fault we conceded that goal! It should be a banable offense to post comments making fun of other teams on their threads before the final whistle! tongue out

A balanced summary and refreshingly positive beer
