No matter how badly Chelsea are playing, they ALWAYS turn up against us.

They can be in the worse form ever, roll over against everyone else and yet they'll still manage to turn us over, it's pretty bizarre tbh.
As night follows day.

Lump on Jackson and Palmer the malingerer scoring from pens.

Now being linked with 24 year old Santiago Gimenez from Feyenoord as a Kane replacement as not buying a proper striker hasn't worked...

Is he any good?

Swap him for Gil, apparently Feyenoord want him.

So who comes in for Udoggie? Dragusin in a flat back three or Gentle Ben?

Got to be Dragosin I reckon. He's better than Davies and Royal

Yeah I agree. Hopefully Slaphead doesnt insist on shop windowing a couple of the cloggers.

Apparently Mikey Moore has been training with the first team again this week.

I know we have a few key players out but surely BA is not going to play a 16 year old in the NLD?

Maybe? Who knows. I do wonder about super youngsters these days whether there will be another Rooney moment in modern football? He does look an incredible talent and he’s been playing in age groups above him all the time. You’d think Donnelly is closer to a start though.

It doesn't seem to happen that much anymore, at least not at Spurs. 20 seems to be the minimum age for first team appearances and even then, that isn't starting games which is odd considering the short shelf-life of players.

If they are good enough, they should play.

I'd love to see Mikey Moore get a few minutes run out for no other reason than the guy is a unit. Bale's debut was at 18 although he was rubbish at LB to be honest.

The kids only start out of necessity, when injuries force their selection. It's a big call for a manager to tell experienced international players, earning 10s £k a week, that they are going to be dropped for a youth player. Take Dele for example. We signed him at 18 and loaned him back to MK. When he came into the squad the following season, we had a lot of injuries at the beginning and he had to play as there was no one else. He took his chance and shone. Had it not been for all those injuries, he'd probably have had a handful of sub appearances and then gone back out on loan.

Which begs the question, if there is obvious talent there, why wait?

Just seems weird that a lot of our youth players, even those that are obviously quite talented, rot away when our squad is paper thin.

Yeah been a gripe of mine for years. Managers always trot out the "if they are good enough they'll play" and then start the same unchanged lineup week after week in spite of poor form.

I think Kulu only got dropped because his sister demanded it.

"Best Behaviour" missive received hehe

Never actually had this before - very unusual for the club to send out an email about it. The only bother I've ever seen was at the Man utd fixture when some gentleman from the red team celebrated a goal rather exuberantly and took exception to being asked to leave. Never seen any issues at the NLD despite Arsenal being our most hated rivals.

Sod that. I’ll be swan diving onto the poor people as Richie tucks away the 4th to secure his hatrick.

COYS.
