I dont get the shouts for Bitton to get sent off. The Hearts boy headers the ball from right behind Bitton onto his hand. He couldnt see the ball. It wasnt deliberate, but it was a hand ball. A penatly was given. Job done. Why would he get another yellow?

Celtic were brilliant in the first half, but tired badly in the second. Ange clearly didnt have faith in those on the bench to shore up the midfield and kept with the original 11 for as long as possible. Understandable given the amount of midfielders missing through injury.
Second half near the half way line the ball was chipped through and he done a blatant handball while on a booking. Not the penalty incident.

Amad diallo having a medical at ibrox right now, untested but extremely highly rated, man United paid 21m odds for him last season. 6 month loan to cover that right wing position.

One of the big days.

I thought Celtic were going to miss their chance to get to within 2 points. There was more than enough chances to win the game, but it looked like it wasn't going to happen.

Dundee Utd set out to murder the game of football. Seigrest took an age to do anything. He must have held the ball for 20 seconds on a number of occasions. Goal kicks always went to the other side of the box, players staying down for ages for nothing. It was bad conduct from Dundee Utd and I'm sure any neutral would be happy their bad gamesmanship didn't work.

Bitton again costing Celtic, however Taylor was clearly fouled immediately before the tug. Bitton is a liability.

Rangers game was up and down. First half Rangers were really poor. 35 minutes of the second half they looked good, but then they tensed up. Ross County missed a sitter before equalising. All 3 goals were a horror show for the defence and McGregor in particular. He's looked shaky in the last couple of games and was lucky not to cost more points against Aberdeen

It's all set up for midweek now.

A bit of an upset for Hibs. Losing 3 goals at home to Livingston doesn't sound good.

I watched the Rangers and Celtic games today, as no top flight football anywhere else. To say it wasn’t great is an understatement. Rangers seemed like a team that could score when they wanted to, so chose not to and just let goals in instead. Celtic looked like a team that had absolutely no idea how to score and were unbelievably lucky at the end.

Not a great advert overall, although the Rangers match was fun for the way the lead kept changing hands.

Bitton took one for the team today. Again it came from the ref failing to do anything about a foul on a Celtic player..

He will be a big miss on Wednesday.

I don't think he'll be a big miss. He can't be trusted not to do something silly.

It was a clear foul or two on Taylor and the decision shouldn't needed to have been made. He still reacted by grabbing a shirt when it didn't need to happen.

The press say that key players are going to be flown back home for the game against Rangers. If they are back Bitton wouldn't be playing anyway. Rogic walks back in.

Furuhashi or Maeda have to be back to replace Giakoumakis.

Crap result and performance at the weekend, so frustrating sitting back once we take the lead.

Looking forward to all the signing today, silly season started already with talks of Aaron Ramsay from juventus.

Insane to think we would get him but diallo was the same!

Apparently Aaron Ramsay is in Glasgow for a medical at Rangers!

Huge gamble for us if true, could turn out to be a waste of money
like Duffy was for Celtic

Ramsay signed for Rangers on loan until the end of the season. I guess that give us time to evaluate his fitness and contribution before making a further commitment. If he's st, he'll be gone in a few months. I've got a good feeling about this though woohoo

What a signing, laughed it off this morning when it first broke.

A real top level player coming to Scottish football and raising the profile.
Hopefully his signing will galvanise the rest of the team and up there game too.

Bacuna and barker out and replaced them with Aaron ramsey and amad diallo laugh

Wonder if raith rovers will cancel goodwillies contract considering the reaction this morning.

Female sponsor, support liaison officer and womens team club captain left so far.

Don’t see how they can keep him and come out of it looking good, also can’t remember the same reaction when he signed for Clyde .

That's a strange signing by Raith. I assume they thought that Goodwillie was no longer headline news and people had forgotten. It's probably bigger news with Greenwood all over the news.

Raith will be a bit stuck. He will have signed a contract and it'll be an expensive mistake no matter what path they go now.

I read the articles this morning and was surprised that Raith had made a move for him. The world has moved on a lot in 5 years and the reaction must have been predictable ?

Hibs v Hearts, utterly dire. Only bright spark is Cadden.

I'm considering binning it at half time...

Very poor game. Hearts had two very good shouts for a penalty, but a terrible game overall. Total lack of quality, so many bad passes and mistakes.

I often criticise Sky TV for their poor production. Adding John Robertson was another layer of fumbling and awkwardness.

Yeah, neither team deserved a point really. Hibs dodged a bullet with the penalty decisions.

I don't understand how pro players find it so hard to pass to one of their own team.

If it was 5 or 6-0 Rangers couldn't complain. Totally outclassed.
