Would probably still be in the job if he'd given a halfway sincere apology.

Sincere apology v remembered for resigning in disgrace and being the centre of the story when it should have been the achievement of the team.https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/66637879

Is Spanish law ahead of the curve? ..
I doubt it……Wasnt it in Spain where someone got away with raping an unconscious woman, because she was unconscious and couldn’t possibly have said no anyway….? Or something along those lines.

horrific & probably a good indicator of some of the attitudes in Spain & why change is needed
still not sure of getting rid of someone for a non-consented kiss in a moment of jubilation is the best way to change attitudes tbh
& im still trying to get my head around that a quick straw pole of women friends/peers that a good 80% think that a man kissing a women is automatically classed as 'sexual' & thus when non-consensual it's automatically 'sexual abuse'
