Im not watching the game, but 72% possession, 25 shots, 13 on target. With a patched up side, and kids on the bench.

Silly goals to concede but a 4-2 is still a 4-2 score line.
Makes no difference. It wasn’t a great performance and we were still behind / drawing for the vast majority of the match to the worst team in the PL this season.

Their keeper had an excellent game , it should have been a lot more .

Yeah we were well on top for most of the game, just some slackness at the back. They nearly got a freak deflection too. It's perhaps understandable we are a bit leaky with the patched up CB situation, although the first wasn't anything to do with that really.

Could have had 6 or 7 really on another day, so fair enough. Both teams pretty much showing why they are where they are. Happy for Hojlund, hope he goes on another mini run till the end of the season now, Bruno was Bruno as usual. Amad offers so much more than Antony, he has to start the next if Rashford is still out (and still then in all honesty).

Good night all in all.

But we should have scored a few more, and won the game 4-2. A win is a win, and I will take that at the moment

They could easily have scored more too, despite the stats, which show us as absolutely dominant. I agree we made hard work of it and that it was comfortable in the end, but it really wasn’t a performance to fill us with confidence

Going out on a limb here, but I think we will win comfortably tonight. Not sure why but a surprise 4-0 with Hojlund and Antony on the scoresheet feels written in the stars.

Obviously followed by a loss to Burnley smile
Got the comfortably bit wrong, and didn't account for how st Antony and Onana are.

But got the 4 goals and Hojlund bit right.

34 games to get to positive goal difference, and a scare at home against the 2nd worst team in PL history. Living the dream.

Yes Onana made an error yesterday, but he has been very good turn of the year and saved us multiple times.

Anthony may have been st, but he did lovely piece of skill with his shoulder, and drive at the Sheffield defence.

Which resulted in no end-product, ultimately, of course.

He has let in several goals most keepers would save since the turn of the year....

True, but could that be said of every keeper in the Prem?

Of their 2 goals, Onana messed up and gave the first one away and the second was just a goal mouth scramble where the ball just happened to fall to a SU player in the end.

He's let in goals I'd expect a pub keeper to save. I accept he's made a lot of saves, but this weird narrative that he's turned into Lev Yashin since January seems nonsensical to me.

Have other keepers let as many trickle over the line as him? Honestly speaking I've not watched enough of every other teams games to know. But I've seen several Onana ones that I'd expect any elite keeper to keep out.

With a better defence in front of him, I'd expect to see him improve and let's face it, he's not had it easy in his first season facing 11 million shots per game.

So happy to see Ethan get a game and nearly getting a goal. Played golf with his grandad last week and he was beaming with pride smile

Nice one mate, really pleased for him.
