What was said?

And I agree, first half an hour was brilliant stuff and the pub was bouncing! After their dodgy foul/offside/goal the whole game changed.
I'm glad Lewis's shot went in, might give him a boost of confidence, nice to see Gueddy hitting a few too. We played some very nice stuff, even Campy playing it out from the back..
As said above, draw away win at home and I'll be happy.
Basically that Bolton should have won by 6 or 7 because of the chances they had! (they had no more than us)

Their second goal was clearly a free kick but ofcourse when asked about that, he didn't see it as a foul! rolleyes

I wouls say that they were the lucky ones to come away with a point as I thought we were the better side!

This bloke really needs to stop posting on Twitter hehe

Lansbury is a great signing and on the correct contract length too. Nice one Forest.

So a few questions now the season is underway.

At the time of the takeover there were some initial reservations over the direction of the club, would they look after the “heritage” and ethos of the club.

Looking at all the activity so far and our season start, are you happy with the way things have begun ?

I’d say they are doing pretty well.

1. Good Manager with a sustainable view of the club
2. Offloaded most of our passengers from the side
3. Done some very decent business in the summer
4. Didn’t buy any superstars and unbalance the whole thing
5. Good set of players on loans – give us a proper chance to build a squad

So far I am really happy, and of course football is a results business and those so far have been pretty good too.

Any one still worried?

Yes, broadly happy thus far - seems like there's a spring in the step of much of the squad too. Just a few worries at the back with players who are a little prone to mistakes (Halford / Harding) - also our lack of natural width does still concern me.

Sadly I think Dex is going to move down the pecking order as Cox is a much better all rounder and Sharp the better finisher - I don't see where Dex fits in....
