I feel sorry for O'Driscoll, a really good manager, works wonders with the assets he has (doesn't need a great deal of money to get the best out of a team) and gets them playing attractive stuff.

Im willing to give him a chance but I cant see him lasting. He wouldn't have been anywhere near my list of managers to get us playing nice stuff. Hes far too defensive from what ive seen!

Although I was jesting in my initial post, as a championship manager he has proven to be very very good. It's the premier league he doesn't like to stay in and yes his brand of football is boring, very very boring.

Our current manger has just suffered two of the worst consecutive defeats of any manager one if those being 8-0 yet we are still behind him because you can see what he wants and is trying to achieve.

Mcfknut may be good to get you out of that division but you wouldn't want to keep him beyond that.

Well at least he has won something, and we might get a few Man Utd youths on loan.

I would say he is a decent championshop manager, and hopefull he can sort the defence out.

Not happy about this way of doing business, but if we are promoted this year, than no one here would say that the end didn't justify the means.
