I'm with FunBus, I doubt he's going anywhere. We've got to give him the season now, what's the point in chopping and changing managers now the squad is mostly Pearces with the new manager not allowed to buy anyone else due to the embargo.
Osborn was the only one today playing with any sort of confidence. We made the wendies look like Barca today, they could/should have had 5.
I saw the pictures of Sherwood and Keano at the game today, not sure what to make of it. Hopefully just Keane going into the changing room at full time to give them all a bking.
I'm not looking forward to next weekend.

I'll be watching the game in my local and, daft as it sounds am nervous already.
I was in my seat about 5mins after kick-off and didn't realise that at about 3 minutes there was a big show of support for Pearce - the place sounded loud as I walked down from Trent Bridge. I really liked how, in response to the away fans and their "you're being sacked in the morning" or whatever it was, they got drowned out by Psycho chants. We saw real support and unity today.

Stuart, you are extremely consistent. 2 wins in 19 games is fantastic consistency. I would much rather you were totally inconsistent and we won about half our matches....
Good on him for doing this. I do wonder how many of the players actually read it & how many even care!

The trouble is, is that Fawaz will run out of patience if he hasn't already done so.
The team will need to go on a massive winning streak for him to keep his job because mid table (if we are lucky) will not be good enough for him & if he doesn't go before the end of the season, I can't see him in charge for the next one.

I agree it's almost a given that he won't be here next season. I just hope Fawaz waits until Summer to see who is available rather than take someone from the dregs of the in-season unemployed.
couldn't agree more.... Think Pearce will outline just how important Saturdays game will be to the players!McClure said:
We can only hope that his "passion" for not liking Derby can filter through to the players.Shame he can't motivate them for every other game.
