Is the guy ever going to last a season!!!

That's a shame.
Will give Osborne the chance to secure the left midfield role for himself.
I fear Reid's will only be a substitute role in the future, but we need to develop the youngsters anyway now.

The thing that I find frustrating is SP puts out a team to defend first & for most yet the season would prove that they can't even do that very well & SP is looking at bringing in another midfield player on loan where as he should be looking at bringing in a couple of defenders!!!!

We have the likes of Antonio & Assombalonga who could tear most teams apart within this league yet they are 9 times out of 10 in our own area defending which means when we do get the chance to attack, nobody is up there to receive the ball. rolleyes

Gary Neville's talking about becoming a manager. We could do worse than give him a try in the summer.

Nigel Clough would be my choice though.

I really can't see what all the fuss is about with Nigel Clough?

I can't see him doing well at all if he came here & I don't see him as the man who could get us to the Prem.

Me neither. Non league Nigel.

Too much of a love story with his surname for me.

I don't think he particulary likes Forest anyway.

I think Nigel is a good manager, he just takes time to settle in - the exact opposite of Psycho.

The other reason is there aren't many decent managers out there who would come to a mid table Championship club. Who would you choose?

I still think Pearce is the man for the job. Would like to see him given more time.

However I do wonder if we will be forced into a panic managerial change in March, if we continue to slide down the table.

What's Ali McCoist up to ?

Likewise, Look at Ipswich, Poor under MM for ages, With time they have come good.(With help from half a team of ex Forest players obviously hehe) Similar could be said of Derby, SM is only carrying on the foundations built under Nigel IMO.

We have proved changing manager every 6 months is helping no one.

I hope he stays as that would mean he has turned things around. However if we continue our current run I can't see him being here in August.

So, Millwall tomorrow.

Lose and £5 says the phrase "Relegation Dogfight" appears in the NEP next week.
