Look out for Jonny Owen's film later this year: "I Believe In Miracles." Clough, NFFC, European Cups. It's Senna-style and brilliantly done.
Thirteenth in Division Two to two European Cups in five years. Saw part of it yesterday and not surprised such a buzz in film industry.

Oh dear, it's kicking off on twitter. Fawaz gives interview to NEP, NEP lead implying Dougie's only here until Summer, Fawaz gets upset and issues statement saying he'll now only give interviews to the NFFC website; NEP get abuse and try to pass the buck to the BBC.
Another barmy week on planet Forest.

I feel a bit bad for Fawaz over the contract issue.
Paul Taylor has kept saying on twitter that they reported exactly what Fawaz said. The trouble is it's all about emphasis.
Fawaz (paraphrasing): I've spoken to Dougie and we agreed, at his request that we'd review progress at the end of the season. I want him to stay longer and his contract is until Summer 2016 but there is a clause in it that he could leave after three months
NEP Heasline: FREEDMAN ON THREE MONTH CONTRACT!!!
It seems like a) a storm in a teacup and, b) something that's not unusual in the world of football where managers come in part way through the season.
I also think although Fawaz has really good English, sometimes it seems so good that we don't realise he hasn't said quite what he means.
EG "he has signed for three months" when it should be, "he's signed for 18 months with a break clause at 3"

Exactly. Paul Taylor should take responsibility for that IMO, he should make allowance for English not being Fawaz's first language and look at the context; and also stop sensationalising everything. Paul Taylor has kept saying on twitter that they reported exactly what Fawaz said. The trouble is it's all about emphasis.
