I stand by my previous comments, we will get a fine, potentially Everton will also only get a fine now too.
I hope you're right, but I have a funny feeling we'll both be docked points. I also think we (Everton) will some points back in the appeal, which conveniently will be the same amount that we'll be deducted for this breach.JurassicGTS said:
Sounds like we were awful at the back.
A very strange decision to put Niakate as left back and leave Toff on the bench.
I hope Murillo going off was just due to the booking not an injury, although reading the commentary it didn't look like he was at his best today.
We were outplayed and out thought pretty much everywhere. Neco had a decent game, that was about it. A very strange decision to put Niakate as left back and leave Toff on the bench.

Leaving Toff out was a giant ass mistake.
Not looked at the stats but we seem to be conceding even more goals with Sels between the posts than when Turner was there, although probably not because of his footwork.
Is Sels an upgrade?
Seems like we have 3 very ordinary keepers.
I thought Kaminski in goal for Luton looked outstanding during the week, not seen anything like that performance from any of ours.

I think it made sense due to the scoreline and the booking. A very strange decision to put Niakate as left back and leave Toff on the bench.

Awful decision to play Niakhate at LB. Made no sense. IMO, away to a top 4 side means we should be more defensive, 3 CB's and 2 wing backs, and lose CHO or Elanga.
But no disgrace losing to Villa away. Decent team .

Played ok but Taiwo wasn’t on form
Agree, however I didn't think any of our front players or midfielders were on it today, with probably Origi the exception. Elanga tried a lot first half but no end result, same really for Origi.Thought Toff was excellent.
Turner apart from one time getting his feet mixed up looked okay and actually made a couple of good saves.
Probably better to be able to focus on the League and we certainly didn't want it to go to extra time as it only looked like a goal was going to come from Utd. or penalties.
Given Notts City Council are holding our feet to the fire over lease renewal and the challenges of expanding TWFCG, I would say it's time to move to a brand new facility.
A long time since I have been as I live either outside of the UK or miles away, but I was there through all the wonderful times 1960s to 1990, the place has fantastic memories but times move on. It's apparently already a nightmare to get to and park and to increase capacity to what is needed would only exacerbate this.
Apparently land near Toton earmarked for HS2 is available!

Sorry, but I disagree. I'm also outside of the UK so only go a few times a year, but on occasions when I have driven I have found easy parking at County Hall for not too much cash. Or walked from the station or cab from town. The atmosphere at TWFCG is unrivalled IMO, and would surely be impossible to replicate.
