Ah I see. Perhaps he was desperate to play & as nobody else was interested, he opted to go there.
Jordi Cruyff is the director of football there!! (Says it all really..)

Who's going on Sunday?

I'll be there - thankful that the game is on a Sunday so I can get some use out of my season ticket (I play on Saturdays so miss a lot of games) but not looking forward to the travel problems due to the game coinciding with the RH Half Marathon.

I'll be there smile

Jenas is in on a month loan, Not sure how I feel about it to be honest, I've got a funny feeling he'll walk into the squad and unsettle it. He hasn't done much since he was here.

Re the travel problems, Not only is it Forest - Derby and the Robin Hood Marathon, The Gypos will be moving the fair into town over the weekend for next week.

It's going to be Mayhem from a travel/policing angle.

Hope we go with the 4-1-3-2 that worked so well earlier in the season for Sunday. If we get an early goal I can see it being a romp. But over the last few seasons they seem to have always scored early frown

Might be worth a few quid on a Red or two.

I think Jenas could add something to our squad. Really confident in beating the sheep!

But per SO'D he's not in yet?! (On the BBC)

Is this another Simon Gillet moment?

Interesting that we've signed JJ.

30 day loan - when season loan before transfer deadline day according to rumours - smacks of cover for Pep. We're supposedly paying £15k per wk of his £45k wages. Shirley we wouldn't sign him long term on those wages, that would unsettle things.

I hope he comes in and does well for us but I don't think he's anything more than a short term solution.

He's got his old number back, 36.

What did they say on Sky?

I don't know what they said on Sky as I was listening to the game on the Radio. Everything I've seen and heard indicates it was a poor decision on the ref's part.

They all said that the ref had got it wrong.

the ref was shocking, but we also played awfully!
their game plan was obvious, hounding and winding us up. once Dex was sent off they stopped with the stupid challenges.

Buxton should have been sent off in the first half. I said at half time Dex should be subbed off before he is sent off.

at least I made a few quid from William hill with the sending off hehe

(first client this morning turned up with a derby jacket on ..... tt. ) biglaugh

I'm still plucking up the courage to watch it on telly to see how bad it really was!

I think we actually played better once Dex was sent off.

So we are paying 15k a week for Jenas & he wasn't even on the bench yesterday due to match fitness!
So we might see him play once if we are lucky? Why didn't the club check on his fitness prior to signing him?

Yeah, and he's not playing on Wednesday, Probably not at the weekend either. Then it's the international break the week after. So he might play one game then get sent back! £60k for one game.......
