yes best looking kit in years, plus I need something to train in. Just entered our team for Sunday league in the new season, didn't play much last year so bricking it a bit!

And I'm only a large wink
I still play for a local pub..... Going to wear "odd" boots like the pro's do. hehe
Yes, but "odd boots" only really suit "odd" people, mate.

Ouch! That stung a bit... frown

hehe

Hey, back on topic, we are about to sign an ex-Tree apparently. Having lost Luke Ayling to Bristol City this morning, Brendon Moloney is coming the other way and he was with you lot a few years back.

Hope he is as good as Miller but with a better attitude.

I used to quite rate Maloney but when he was likely to really start his development I think he was stuck behind Chris Gunter?

He won't be anywhere near as good as Miller.....
He's a defender! yikes Hope your not relying on him scoring goals!

Ha ha, no, I know he's a right back. I meant that I hope he's as talented as Miller but without the side issues.

The bloke he's replacing scored 3 goals in 170-odd games for YTFC so no pressure in the golden boot race.

I would really like to know where it all went so wrong for him? I thought he was pretty decent.

I liked him too. He came under a lot of fire for taking the penalty against West Ham(?) that time but I liked the way he closed people down when they came anywhere near him!

Decent finish though! Henri looked like he was going to kill him, it's a good job it went in!

Agree - I dread to think the fallout had he not scored. I've been reading on social media that it was his off pitch attitude which wasn't helping things.

Any elaboration?

I liked his beard.

No, and that's the stupid thing. People call him for his off pitch attitude David Jackson (BBC Radio Nottingham Sports chap) tweeted about his departure earlier and references were made to is attitude and being a bad influence on the club.

I can't think why, I've not come across anything before.

The chap mentioned above has signed a 2 year deal. Can't believe that we have actually signed somebody from Barcelona! He comes with high regard & will he be replacing Jamaal Lascelles?
only time will tell.....

Lascelles didn't play on Saturday. I saw him in the car park after with his mates.... Not sure if that tells us anything or if he is just carrying a knock.

I reckon if the price is right, he will go.

Quality signing if we get him. Also linked with Jack Collison.

Another defender signed.
An indicator that Lascelles is going?

I prefer to think of it as ushering Halford, Collins and Wilson out of the door.
Yes Wilson. Played half a dozen games last season, already injured this season. This is why I was wary when he re-signed for us.

Another good win for us pre season. It would appear that certain players no that they are fighting for their futures.
