Agreed!! Can't make this match as travelling with work as usual, but will try to pick up Radio 5 in the hotel room when it's really crackling.... or will have to look at results in the morning on the web...Steve

Fingers crossed!
The new manager has made a few key changes (mostly in formation) and the players look like they are loving it. McGoldrick, for instance, has looked a much better player since being pushed back into midfield. And playing with two up front, despite having no target man, does give a far greater balance to the side.
Its good to see - let's just hope they haven't left it too late..

Share suspended this morning.. Not on BBC website yet, but was on radio 5 this morning.
Not sure I like the sound of this, can't quite see a big investment at this stage of the season with relegation hanging over us.....
Fingers are crossed...

Looks like the "holding company" is going into administration. The plan appears to be for it to go bust and not the club to try and avoid a points deduction. Given how the FL have treated Leeds, Luton, Bournmouth etc, can't see them being fooled. Not sure I like the sound of this, can't quite see a big investment at this stage of the season with relegation hanging over us.....

For once in my life, I can't be bothered with the Pompey v Soton abuse. Good luck, I hope the club can survive with perhaps new owners who genuinely support the team.
I've been hearing rumours (and that's all they are) for months SFC were going into admin near the end of the season, but the hope was they would be in a safe mid-table position to take the points loss. Didn't Leeds, Bournemouth, Luton, Rotherham etc recieve two lots of points deductions ?

Bournemouth and Rotherham got one lot of 15. IIRC Leeds got one deduction for going into admin during season (which confirmed their relegation) and a second lot at the start of the next season for not following rules for exiting admin properly.Edited by ZR1cliff on Wednesday 1st April 10:15
Luton got hit for loads because the FL don't like them
