What happened to the tightest defence in the league earlier in the season?
Loveren is trying not to get injuried to make sure he gets to the world cup.

Front three are making sure they score or assist to get to the world cup.

Sadly Rooney hit and hope and luck ricochet goals will probably see him on the plane first.

3 points would be great today against our nearest rivals in terms of points. Big question is….. Do I offer to take The Jiffle Queen out tonight and miss MOTD or bank my hopes on a 6-0 thrashing in our favour and cook a great meal……. ????

Could tape MOTD or watch it in the morning, but this afternoon, the car needs a run out and I really should be doing some DIY on the house.
SWMBO will make the final decision like always smile

Talksport commentary suggests Adam The Llama's goal was a cracker. Newcastle didn't sound as though they turned up and apparently we played like Brazil. Looking forward to MOTD tonight.

Was at the game. It was an easy win. They were useless, when we needed to we were brilliant. Most the time genuinely we were in second gear. Could have had 10.

The English lads looked good. If Lallana doesn't go to the World Cup I will eat this computer. Lallana's goal was brilliant, but as a team goal lamberts was also fantastic. Looking forward to MoTD but suspect we will be last.

I would have thought having three players fighting for a place in Brazil all scoring would mean we would be further up the chain on MOTD frown. I want to go to bed!

Very disappointing and gutted for Rodriguez. Hope it's not as bad as it looked.

How on Earth the linesman didn't give offside for City's 2nd goal is just bizarre.

Play the best team in the league off the park in the first half in their own back yard. Create no end product, lose by 3 goals despite playing very well for 45mins. What the fk Fonte was playing at I'll never know!

It's the Saints way!

Gutting for JRod. He's been great this season, it's harsh luck. Hopefully nothing too serious but it didn't look good. Classic SRL penalty too.

Oh well...

Gutted for J-Rod, he's been exceptional this year and even if he was not on the plane, he was giving Roy a few headaches. Hope that the injury is not as bad as it looks and hopefully he can resume where he left off.

OK, we played well first half, and got a dogy decision for their 2nd goal and switched off for the 3rd. Got a bit of a lesson in the 2nd half, but kept posession and did ok. The need for a decent keeper was evident and hopefully that will be addressed in the summer.

We're short of a decent CB from the evidence of the last few weeks and hopefully the boys who have been playing well will stay, although it's to be expected that there will be interest.

Got to bounce back in the next game which we should be capable of and hopefully score a few goals to round the season off.

Gutted for him. He might not have made Roys final squad, but he would have given Roy another option and that can only be good for the English game.
