likewise only Silva, Toure and maybe Kompany would get in a full strength United team.
Your joking right?

Hart instead of your clown
Aguero , Tevez or Ballotelli instead of Wellbeck
Richards or Zaba instead of the ninja turtle

There is only Vidic when fit over Lescott, possibly Evra over Clichy but that's close & Rooney over Dzeko.

4th would be Scholes who despite being a pensioner is still better than Milner or Barry.
Hart is massively overrated, would rather have De Gea
RVP and Rooney are better than Aguero and the clown Balotelli
Richards is dire as is Zabaleta wouldnt pick either over Rafael

For all the money you have spent you still have an average team. (and yes United have an average side nowadays but we are raped by our owners)

there's at least 2 statements there that show you really have no idea what you're talking about.
And it's not just me who thinks that- do you not listen to the opinion of ex professionals etc on the radio and in the papers?

and for the record they were
"Hart's massively overated". Many "experts" consiser him to be one of the top 2 or 3 in the world at the moment.

"an average team", Have seen the number of full internationals in every starting line up- let alone those on the bench.

Youre just trying to wind us up aren't you?!

I dont WUM on here.

Hart gets raved about because he is English, his form of late has been sloppy. Im not by any means saying he is a bad player, he is a good keeper, yet overrated.

And yes City are an average side, you beat a very average United team with no midfield on goal difference. You have 4-5 very good players the rest such as Clichy, Barry, Milner, Lescott are very average. The United team of 2008 was far superior and thats what I base the benchmark on.

"The rest" are all international players, so in someones eyes (who counts) they're proably 'pretty good".

International doesnt mean you are an above average player though. You only have to look at the England team for proof of that. And within the majority of international sides there are still very average players, look at Holland for example who still play Van Bommel.

Bottom line is for all the money you have spent, you shouldnt be fielding dross like Milner and Barry.

I have to say fair comment, Joe is good but still learning his trade, he will be at his best in another three years or so.

Can't really argue with what digikal says, we are only playing like a mid table side at the moment, and Bobby Manc seems very drained to me in recent interviews.

The big problem is most of the new signings only arrived in the week before the season started...ridiculous!

We will have a clearer picture in another month or so.

City boys, tonight you have entered into verbal discourse with Digikal, Legend of the Utd thread.

Consider yourselves rightly chastised and utterly privileged that he bestoweth his considerable football knowledge upon you.

You mingers.

27,000 at the game last night? Is that right?
No, 28,000. I wasn't one of them!

It seems OT was missing a few fans last night too -

Attendance: 46,358.

I couldn't agree more. The squad is stronger than last year and we'll be difficult to stop once we get going.

Hopefully the Villa defeat will be the kick up the arse we need to get out of first gear.

The defence has been sloppy, JH has had more to deal with. You're happy with De Gea, says it all really.... rolleyes

The lady doth protest too much, the points gap between the top and the next was +19, higher than any previous season except when the gunners went unbeaten. A typical rags whine, oh well we weren't very good and you only beat us on goal difference so you're not very good either... loser

Oh, and I notice you didn't mention Tevez in all of your drivel above. Here, have another one loser
