There's your chance then CIE, after all it's going to be the only place you'll be able to watch CL in Manchester for at least the next couple of years
I'll be out of the country for it I'm afraid. I'm back on December 11th, so I'll have to wait until next season I guess.stuartmmcfc said:
I thought we'd messed it up yesterday for a while but it worked out ok in the end
What's going wrong with our defence this season?
With a lot of help from the referee - any minor infringement by us was penalised whereas Toure was allowed to literally throw our players to the ground without sanction. What's going wrong with our defence this season?
Anyway, shows how far we have come when I am disappointed that we narrowly lost at the Etihad to the reigning champions.

MOTD highlighted what's wrong - opposition midfield and attackers are not being closed down quickly enough, if at all. Bony and I think it was Montero were getting the ball into their feet time and again and laying it off again under no pressure.BlackST said:
I'm thinking of going the Etihad Tuesday to watch Bayern Munich. Obviously have to sit on with your lot
Hows the view in 118 South Stand? £40 isn't bad.
Also going tomorrow night, taking my son who's a huge Bayern fan. He'll be the small boy in the South Stand being told to keep bloody quiet by his dad Hows the view in 118 South Stand? £40 isn't bad.
What's the parking like around the ground by the way? Would like to make a reasonably quick exit to get back to Leicester as it's a 'school night'.

There's loads of parking around the ground - mostly on industrial ground nearby. Much of it is on Croft Street. As you get nearer, you'll see loads of people in hi-vis coats trying to usher you in. Assuming you will be coming from the Aston-u-Lyne exit (J23) of the M60 and heading west down Ashton New Road (A662), the road will be mostly straight. It bends to the left and you will see a large Asda ahead on the right. Try to get in somewhere on the left after the bend. Whatever you do, don't go past Asda and over the crossroad with Alan Turing Way (A6010) - often the police shut the crossroad after the match.
Much appreciated, thanks Gassing Station | Football | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
