I recall Rio Ferdinand saying last week how embarrassing it was watching Utd play Liverpool at Anfield in the 1st leg of their Europa league draw. Surely it can't have been anywhere near as embarrassing as the game HE played in when CITY gave them a 1-6 good hiding on the way to winning the Prem. in 11/12

I was in Afghan for that and i was pretty much on my knees in disbelief when it got to 5/6.David Silvas pass for Dzeko was just absolutely sublime.
I knew today was going to be a struggle for us, defensively, but was hoping we'd have the fire power up front performing to cancel out a couple of Rag goals.
Sterling looked mediocre, before injury. Silva and Serg have been half decent. But bringing Bony on.... Jesus.
I'm going for 3 - 0. Unless Yaya and Fernandinho put a real shift in.

I remember how my young, United supporting, nephew rang up to gloat how Utd were domnating the early part of the game.
I called him back 6 times after that
Is that your phone ringing?I called him back 6 times after that
De Bruyne is the guy you miss ... you were unstoppable with him. He created so much and Silva can't do it on his own.

No chance whatsoever in Europe now for CITY. I can't see us beating WHU to 4th spot with the injured players we have out now. Nasri, Delph, Kompany, Sterling, Oatamendi, De Bruyne & Hart.....not that i have problem with Willy C.! Heaven forbid Utd. go on to get 4th
Worry not, this is the City rollercoaster we are talking about and without the comparative lows we wouldn't enjoy the highs. Imagine winning all the time without drama, how boring would that be?Common sense says that we will get battered at PSG but following City has never made sense. It's just like us to pull out something special with our backs to the wall, contain them, come away with a 2-1 loss and turn them over at the Etihad.....sorted!
As for yoonited, I didn't care about them when we were rubbish and I don't care about them now that they are rubbish. The only disappointing thing about Sunday is that we made them look half decent. Their time has now gone. If we miss out on top four this season then it will disappointing but temporary, yoonited's fall from supremacy will be permanent.
It'll all be reet.

If Leicester win the premier league, it will be the best thing that's happened to it for years.
Proof that a good, well disciplined group of hard working players who cost peanuts...(Jamie Vardy played for Fleetwood two years ago) can wup teams of overpaid pampered "superstars".
When City won the league in '68, many of the team were home grown. Dowd, Pardoe, Doyle, Oakes, Connor, Young...
