I personally think that 15th is possible.

Many teams this year have got worse squads than last year.

13th at the moment only just below Manchester United! hehe

I expect we'll do very well if we manage to stay up.

We're playing well at the moment which should mean we will pick up points.
I'm a lot more confident than I was two weeks ago.

I think we will be alright lads.

Hull should be a 3 pointer for us!

Lucky winner on penalties tonight!

Only one shot on target in the whole game!

Question is, do we really need the distraction of this competition when there is more at stake?

Especially if they sign McShane from us and he gets to play, you're guaranteed goals galore with him at the back.

Remind me, how many Premier League home wins have Sunderland managed with Mick McCarthy on the touchline? winkbiggrin

He may have been poor for us but I thought it was unfair to blame him considering the funds he had at his disposal.

Ah yes, he didn't like the team playing at the SoL, hopefully he still can't win there hehe

You're safe, the work rate of your team has guaranteed your safety. I've been very impressed with Doyle this season and can see why Mick tried to get him at he SOL when he was in charge, the guy never stops! I think you'll get a point from Fulham this weekend with both Burnley and Hull losing.

Glad to see Mick doing well and I look forward to seeing him shouting like a madman at the SOL next season thumbup
