Given that Robinho's available how TF have City been able to trump the deal? £32m + does seem a bit strong though.....

not that much he didn't, Ronaldinho turned them down even though they doubled the offer

he's mercenary, let them have him

He won't be leaving Underhill in one piece.

Nah, he went over a few times. People at High Barnet station thought the Northern line had crashed through the buffers.

Hi folks,

Only just seen the Chelsea thread here so hello everyone :-)

I'm a little confused by yesterday's going ons.

What an odd day!

Anyone think we're missing quality in any position for the coming season?

I really hoped we'd get a new striker for variety more than anything, teams are begining to see how Drogba plays now and i'm not sure anelka is answer.

What you think?

I don't either... but time will tell.

Remember how awful Drogba to start?

Drogba played ok last night, but still not saying if he is ready to come back or not! The Sun says that Lampard is also injured and is undergoing intensive physio to get ready for Andorra on Sat- still suffering from the Wigan game.

I'd like to see us have bought another striker, I feel that is what we need right now.

If I hear another snigger from people in the office this morning.........
