Outclassed tonight, I'm afraid. And class was the word, from the start of our night till the end.
Parked up near Stanley Park, got out and found Phil Jevons (ex Yeovil and Everton) was next to us. Class striker who has scored more Football League goals for us than any other player. Quick chat then off to the ground.
Into the ground, wow! I guess that's the reaction I expected, having not been there before. Sure some will say negative comments about GP but I loved it, apart from the hard wooden seats!! Thought Everton were a little quiet but this game was always going to mean more to us than them. We brought 903 to the game in a gate of nearly 25k so played our part. RK played almost a full strength side which I expected having read his comments in the press.
The game doesn't need mentioning other than Everton always had another gear they could slip into. Despite it being half an hour before they took the lead, it was always going to happen and if Everton, and Bolasie in particular, had brought their shooting boots, it could have been eight or nine.
Best moments for me? The PA guy wishing us well and thanking us for travelling which brought a wonderful round of applause from the Blues behind the goal was up there as was the Z Cars theme played before the start of the game which sent a shiver down my spine.
Worst moments for me? There weren't any - Everton are a top eight Premier League side, we are mid table League Two. Everton were class on and off the pitch; football isn't always going to throw up surprises otherwise they wouldn't be surprises.
Good luck Everton.

Watched the game thoughts- Barry was out fking standing! The new boys are what we needed and played well Holgate is a talent. Berkley though? Not sure he will live up to the hype we looked better without him, Lukaku well.....
Still can't hit a barn door, any of them, which is worrying.
still looking much improved and loving the table at the minute

Not seen any of it boys, but Barkley was MOM according to the Beeb
fk knows how? again flashes of brilliance with the odd deft touch which no one else picked up on. Gave the ball away far too much and twice resulted in a breakdown of attack and ended up in a shot on target for them! I want to see him driving through, does happen occasionally but rarely lays off a good ball.My patience has run out even though he is our golden boy.
