Well, crappy first half. Could have been 3 down. Lines,an fked us with a crappy decision when Drenthe scored a perfectly good goal. Better in the second half, but chances were few and far between. So they had the first half, we the second. A draw would have been a fairer result than nil points. Oh well.

I never believed them when people said decisions even themselves out...but that linesman must have been watching when one of his colleagues decided Saha was onside because Kocielny attempted to clear a ball over the top, and a "new phase" of play had started and thus Saha was now onside, and the goal stood.
It's a much better feeling being on the right end of a wrong decision

That is a great result for Everton, Swansea are no push overs.
Absolutely. We moved above them, so they are no slouch. Still really open in these mistake positions from 7th down. Only 2 points between ourselves, (and Sunderland) from Liverpool. I don't think they will catch Newcastle, to be honest, so they really should be looking behind them. Well, glad Leighton had his free kick boots on, and Jelly scored another, which was important. Gibson played really well I thought. I genuinely think he was what we were missing in the middle.
Nice result. 7th for today at least. Hopefully Newcastle will get a result tomorrow, although I would happily swap league position over the lot over the park for a semi final win. Good goal by Anchovy, but he didn't look overly chuffed when he scored. Gibson and Jelly seem to have added a bit of spark to the team.
Oh, and the Nike deal has been confirmed. Presumably it is for a record £4.30 over 50 years, or some such. Hopefully, they will have something new in the way of a strip.
