Oh, and the Nike deal has been confirmed. Presumably it is for a record £4.30 over 50 years, or some such. Hopefully, they will have something new in the way of a strip.

2 nice poachers goals from Jelavic, although a decent Norwich side fought back on both occasions. Seeing as Sunderland and Liverpool both drew, I can't be too unhappy, but a win would have left us a quite nice 4 points ahead. There isn't much chance of us catching either Chelsea or newcastle, so eyes have to be on the semi, (like Liverpool, I suppose). Still, I don't think there is too much between the teams at the moment, (except for how much they cost), so the semi should be a good game.
So, Jelavic. 4 goals since he came in January, in 8 appearences, (a few sub appearances if memory serves me), as well as scoring in the FA cup. so 5 gols in 10 games. Not bad at all for a guy brand new to the club.

Resting a few today, good to see Royston back and on the bench after his "sacking"
Howard, Hibbert, Heitinga, Jagielka, Neville, Gueye, McFadden, Pienaar, Fellaini, Osman, Stracqualursi
Bench: Mucha, Gibson, Drenthe, Distin, Coleman, Duffy, Anichebe.
Will take at least 4-0 and then all out against the RS.

I am amazed with how little credit David Moyes gets, for a club the size of Everton to only be down a couple of million in the transfer market for how many years he has been there and usually in Europe.
I'm Scottish so it's good to see Jelavic etc doing well it reflects well on the league. I never knew Mcfadden was back at Everton. Good luck today.

Must be some mistake, Sky are saying Pienaar scored??
He scored against Chelsea, remember... Pienaar is class, even if he wasn't used at your place. Great result before the semi-final against a strong Sunderland side. We had a rested side as well. No Jelavic, Cahill, Baines, Distin, etc. Oh, and that was Gueye's first goal.
