Worst display for a long time ,oh how the mighty are falling ,Wigan famous for pies and rugby,a micky take, Everton lacking in all areas no vision, one dimensional, no idea, just dreadful , i think Daved,s 5 million salary is an embarrassment ,his team putting on a display like that,

It is such a contrast to last season, where we were heading to games against anyone, and expecting a result. This season, it's nowhere near that. I am frankly amazed we are still 7th.

To be fair I would have been happy with a point the way Spuds have been playing, so all 3 is a bonus. Match is on later, so I can't really say who deserved what...

Are there any other young kids to step-up to the first team and help our striker crisis? I suppose Moyes could play Cahill as a striker if push comes to shove.

Lukas Jukebox, (plays in the reserves, and scores more than a person who scores a lot), Baxter, Me, etc. I reckon Saha will be a few weeks, so it shouldn't be that bad. I must say, Saha looked excellent yesterday. You can see the class the guy has whenever he is on the ball.

A good tester for us on Monday we have not beaten Chelsea in 20 meetings , could we beat them this time without a striker, stranger things have happened.

I'll be praying for such an event, although whether it occurs or not is another matter. Here's hoping for a Cahill, Felaini, Arteta masterclass!

Apparently we have only had one penalty given in our favour at Anfield in 75yrs did have a good shout for one today before the goal, road our luck a coupe of times , but grateful for another chance, but it wont be a draw next game

You know, sometimes you almost think that if we had real class in one or two areas we could achieve great things -if only Mikel had been fit, who knows....
anyway reality, i haven't been to Goodison in over three years, my birthday on the 6th of Feb, the missus might let me go. its no simple feat -8hours overnight on a ferry and a 7 hour drive south. a 3 day trip but well worth it to be there to beat the reds

Rafa has been shouting his mouth off again. What, exactly he expects a team with NO recognized strikers fit is supposed to do? We were always going to be on the back foot in this game. No Fellaini, no Arteta, Anichebe crocked, Yak, Saha, and Vaugn out... Untested castillo in, as well as you youngster coming in... So rather than look at his own teams inadequacies, he would much rather complain that we defended well... We had 3 shots on target, and scored one of them. Their goal was an error by the keeper. Just goes to show that possession means nothing.
