That should be an interesting game, nice to get the away leg first. We need some points tonight all the usual suspects have had a good rest so they should be fit and rarin to go. Nice to have Kone on the bench, could give us a extra dimension, plus we could go above the Reds. COYB

Must win game tonight, the next four matches are tricky but all winnable, wishful thinking to think we can win them all with our form, but that would transform the table! COYB!

I have heard noisier wakes. The fans have to lift the team a bit more.

Don't know as yet hope it's not bad, he really does give us a cutting edge.

He's knacked his ankle, will be a big miss over Xmas if it's serious. I'm pleased for the win but we just don't look solid to me, give the ball away too often and the square and back passing is draining. I think Besic sums us up, almost there but too many errors, just hope we can improve. Peanuts is really out of sorts and Coleman and Baines not carrying the threat this term, I don't enjoy watching us at the moment.

For me the constant back passing is the thing that bothers me so much, in the Europa League we'll get spanked i'm sure of it, whilst I love what RM has done for our club, we had at least two free kicks late in the second half that should've been a springboard for attacking play both ended up back with Tim Howard in short order, neither Baines or Coleman are as effective because we pass the ball out from the back and lose possesion too easily and it puts them on the back foot!

I wish we could go back to the Moyes era of defending, which was if in doubt was to punt the ball upfield and then chase it, our midfield is good and our forward line works well, we always played well when Baines and Coleman chased the ball up the wings....

Oh! and get rid of peanuts, but I loved the shift Besic put in, he was everywhere....

I think Besic will be a very good player for us, my only concern is his decision making on occasions, but he's young and talented. I wonder if Baines is struggling because he has to cover Distin? I would personally give Peanuts a run and see if he can find his touch and I also wish we'd start playing to Lukaku's strengths, he wants the ball at feet running on, feel sorry for the lad. Overall I still think we have a top six team, if we can stay injury free (Miralles not as bad as feared) we can kick on, the big question is where to play Barkley when McCarthy's fit.

I think Barry when he is fit he can sort that anchor roll in front of the back four to stop the ball keep coming back at us. you are dead right on the Distan front if its a forward with a lot of pace he is done for which I think Baines looks out for. Stones is nearly there now so that's a plus. COYB
