Yeah and you have much chance of that laugh

How about going for both ?? you know teams can win more than 1 cup in a year

I take it the 3000 + who went to London then must have a different mindset to you 2?

Agree with that, love the cup competitions. I may change my opinion after tonight though.
A day out at a final is the best thing about football

Well, I was being a bit silly. But the prize is there - win the Europa League and you get a free pass into the CL.

No chance we will get top 4 though. Bottom 4 - good possibility!

Its been 20 years since you won a cup -

Any cup you enter as a fan you should want to win not drop out - Your league position this year you may as well just forget about

I know. Personally, I prize the FA cup above all others. The cup of dreams. Shame to be out, but I'd hate Martinez to take us to a cup win and our first ever relegation in the same season.

Guys can I just stop you... As a supporter of the side you played last night I would say there is no way Everton will be relegated. No way... Ask yourselves, are there three worse teams in the Premier League, of course! Look ahead not down. biggrin

You wont get relegated - having stones and Jags back will be big thing for you
Question is how long till a 20m bid comes in for stones and he goes

It was a great game of football and our fans were terrific, with ten men we outplayed an in form West Ham and I hope we can take heart from that performance and kick on. Barkley had a strange game and I saw Martinez give him a bking when he came off, McGeady infuriates me and Carroll scared the life out of Stones, impressed with him all game. I couldn't quite work out why Collins and Noble were giving it handbags, most peculiar, but that's the best performance we have put together in quite a while and though I'm sorry we're out of the cup I do think we've turned a corner. I hope WH go on and win it now, they'll have my support.

It must be tough for you guys, could Martinez survive if you lose against West Brom and Palace? that'd be relegation form no matter how much the performances have improved (and they have).

Such a pressure cooker the EPL!

Does it mean 1 point out of a possible 18?

That sounds much more likely. Could've been worded better. tongue out

Oh well, it's still funny either way.

I understood it smile

If they lose the next two, that's genuine relegation form.

He's a great player, and if we end up mid or low table, out of Europe, and no prospect of buying in quality, then he should go, get on with his career, and win some silverware. Good luck to him.

It will be a tough one tomorrow. Pulis always puts out a team we struggle to beat.
