I don't understand what footballer's hope to achieve by issuing their 'come and get me' pleas half way through a season, I can't imagine it makes for a good atmosphere with team mates and management, although you have to wonder how much of it is generated by agents. If Miralles or any player wants out then stick a request in at the end of the season, or at least at the point when there's nothing left to play for. I'm sure he will be gone in the summer and we'll make a good profit, another excellent Moyes buy.

Why can't Lukaku just work a bit harder to stay on side? No point punting the ball to him all the time, just giving away free kick after free kick.


Dissapointing game. Would rather lose 4-3 than barely have a single chance on goal at home.

Agree, he is infuriating at times, with a first touch no better than Dave Lee Travis.

Thought we lacked ambition, RM looks to have lost faith in Ross. If this is how he's going to play it for the rest of the season then I will stay at home.

For what it's worth I think Lennon will be an asset. Just cannot get my head around the thinking regard Ross ,when he came on we looked like things could happen but for 5 min I just don't get it.

He has a very bad habit of dwelling on the ball too long and gets caught in possession too much. If he can learn to hit a snappy first touch pass he'll be much better.

I think RM is afraid that Ross will cost us and is not prepared to gamble, which, given our league position is probably fair enough. Maybe a few wins and league safety will see us playing better football and giving Barkley a run.
