I think we are a few players short of competing. Next 2 weeks are massive depending on who comes in.

Well I am sorry to see Stones go although again we got very good money for the player. Everton seem to be good at extracting full value on player sales. I think he got far too much unfair stick last season and will become a very good player.

Dont want Mata, Nasri or anyone else for whom a move to Everton is a retrograde step. They'll just be coming for the money wont give a damn about the team. Let's have someone on the way up. Ashley Williams will be a great signing.

We still need more options up front.

I think thats a bit harsh on Mata, everything I have seen of him and read in his blogs he loves football and gives his all. I would like him to stay with us but don't know what his and Joses thoughts are on that. He is a bit of a luxury player but if you can afford that luxury at 10 he will get goals and assists for you regularly

Nasri yeah, mercenary prick but not Juan

Huge bad press about NAsri currently. training on his own, reports of drugs being used.

Nope thanks.

Goodbye to Stones, I'm not sorry to see him go, he thinks he is better than he is and made too many errors. We seems to be more successful when he wasn't playing last season. I suspect he'll do a season in the Citeh team and then a couple on the bench, we'll then be wondering whatever happened to him, "rated" Everton players that leave the club seem to follow that pattern (Rooney excepted).

I hope we keep Lukaku and maybe get him a strike partner.

Would be great to keep Rom, just hope Mata would be willing to come, he does score goals and think he would blend in COYB

We have now agreed a deal for Bolassi from CP rising to 30m. Did not see that coming

I really think Williams will be just what we need, hope he is captain. I said earlier that I wish Stones well, but of all the young English talent City have bought (Sterling, Rodwell, Wright) none have so far made it, I really hope it works out for him.

If we land Kone, Bolassie, Mata, a good keeper and another striker while keeping Rom, I will be happy. COYB

The ghost of 2nd half meltdowns was still evident, great first half and a positive start overall I'd say.

Very impressed with Stekelengberg, two magnificent saves!
