The only other proper competition was New York in the MLS i believe.

If we would have offered him 3 years in January he would have signed then.

City fan here. Think we could have done with Barry at stages last season. Very underrated player, unless you see him week in week out and see what he brings to a team. Great positional sense and rarely gives the ball away.

Sorry to see him go (especially the way Fernandinho is playing this evening and with Yaya possibly on his way out) but hope he does well for you guys.

And helps you finish up Liverpool (which I think will happen next season).

Besic rumours are strong and I've heard that we have reached an agreement with Chelsea over Lukaku and it's now down to the player. Would be good news if it happens.

The usual preseason expectations, but look at the start -newly promoted team first (not burnley this time) followed by arse and chelski -both at home.
3 games in -possibly 1 point, maybe 7?
I just hope our optimism is still relevant and we're still fighting for 4th at the end.
Now the racist cannibal has left, or did the "big club" actually get rid???, i think we might have a great chance to finish above them. The fact this thought even enters the head just shows how we've moved on from DM to RM

it's paper talk at the moment, so I wouldn't get too carried away just yet. NSNO are saying that this Galloway lad from MK Dons will sign next week after holding talks this weekend, is this the usual BS?
