Looks like you have offered him what his agent wanted 140, but he is rejecting still. Club has done all it can.

Shame the game has got like this and only offering mega-money and CL can buy loyalty these days - makes it very hard for other teams to develop squads and break into the top 4.

Excellent day out at Goodison! Ended up in the posh corporate bit. No Moshi or Kenright yesterday. Kenwright left the West Brom game early and apparently is very unwell again.

Game was very messy and they should have been 3-0 at half time. Williams had a shocker. Bains is looking his age.

They said Lakaku didnt get any reception on Motd but thats bbc rednose propagana. He got an amazing reception. Then after both goals... Then spent sometime infront of the Gladys after the game.

He's pissed off that he was given promised that we would spend big in the January window and we didnt. This was down to Kenright meddling. I can't blame him and everyone I spoke with wants what he wants!

Not claiming to be itk at all but Bramley Moore apparently a goer. Some great rumors around the ground. Strange things like the conpany supply the lifts commissioned, the current timber yard getting notice to leave the site. Will be an annoucement in the next 10 days. Until I see it I'm not believing the rumor.

I'm hoping this will be on derby day smile

Gasprom apparently around the table for some time negotiating to be our next kit sponsor. This would be a very interesting move.

Earlstone has been sidelined. Still there for now. Not trusted with any commercial decision by Sasha Ryazantsev. Everthing goes via him.

I gatecrashed the Norwegian supporters club meet and greet with big dunc after the game. Just followed the crowd...

Im so excited for the next chapter in the clubs history. It's going to be very Blue! wink

Nice one Hairy, pleased you had a great day and fingers crossed that the nonsense you heard may actually come true. There are growing stories in town that there will be a stadium announcement on Thursday.

MOTD seemed to be implying that there was no sign of a BAD reception for Lukaku.

I do not think that will happen it would be unthinkable. I think its only happened once I may be wrong, someone can correct me if so.

Yes I was totally wrong since the clubs came into existence 30 players have moved across each way.

Xavier
Barmby
Ablett
Beardsley

Since I got in to football in 83/84. I'm sure there are some older guys that can chuck a name or 2 in to the mix.

I think Beardsley also played for both Manchester clubs, pretty sure he's the only player to play for both Liverpool and Manchester clubs. Always good for a trivia question that one biggrin

Dave Johnson , he scored for Everton in a merseyside derby, and he scored for Liverpool in the merseyside derby , giving my age away now.

I remember it well, though he had to go via Ipswich (I think), just as Steve McMahon went via Aston Villa., two players we could really have done with during the awful period under Gordon Lee in the 1970's.

I, Gordon Lee,s high point was getting us to the League cup final in 1977, if we could of beat villa , he would of gone down as being successful by our standards, you could not separate them two sides,
What about Johnny Morrrisey ,he played for the reds also, think he played in the fa cup final, ie, WBA, and a League championship medal with us , decent winger.

Awesome news! Who said we are a club without ambition? biggrin

Not a completely done deal, but they wouldn't have signed heads of terms unless they were very confident smile

Should be a fantastic stadium, right on the river front, how cool is that! COYB!

Will you still consider it awesome if they have to sell Lukaku and Barkley to pay for it?
