I think most of the fanbase who didn't turn up in the last 3 years are fairly happy with how things are going. It's been a frustrating season, mostly because of injuries. How we've got so many needs to be questioned, however the players love Eddie, I believe in him and his team. and we're in the hunt for europe. It definitely could be worse.
Will we win anything with Eddie? That's the question bugging me. I really hope so. See how we end this season, but I'm excited for the next already.

Silly season for rumours has started early this year.
In the last 24 hrs I’ve seen articles saying we’ll be selling Isak (£60!!-90m), Bruno (£40m!!) and now Eddie is being mentioned for the Scousers.
Seriously? We’ve earned more money, made no Jan signings and in order to comply with pfp are going to sell players for next to nowt because the greedy 6 have said they want the players?
Does no one have any sense, or seen the evidence to the contrary- Ashworth still not wearing a red tie?
Utterly bizarre.

t in my opinion.t, I don't believe any of them. I'll believe them when they happen. Said the same during the last transfer window, when absolutely none of those came true.I did see Craig Hope talking about the potential sale of Wilson in the summer. He's got a year on his contract this summer, and is fairly prolific when fit. I thought it would make financial sense but then I started to check the numbers to see if I was right.
Wilson has played 104 games for us scoring 46 goals. His ratio for every season is pretty much 1 in 2. On the other hand he's missed more than a year through injury since we bought him in 2020.
I don't think he can be relied upon to be first choice striker, despite how good he is when he's playing. There have been times when he's cut an isolated figure and struggled to get in the game but I'm sure there are also times when he's played when unfit.
The conundrum is that If we sold him, I don't think we would find a player of his quality to play 2nd choice. I know he doesn't like the idea of not being no.1, but being realistic, the less we play him, the more it is that he'll stay fitter for longer and equally might weigh in with several goals a season.
