United or LA Galaxy would be my bet. Fergie's a big admirer & with small kids I can't see him going abroad TBH.
Well, Beckham went to to LA with small kids. It could be argued that it is easier to relocate with young children

FF doesn't have possession of his bairns, his ex-mrs does. Hence why I don't think he'll be relocating far.

The situation with his kids seems a lot more complicated than the Beckhams

Can someone tell me why, unlike most other national teams, we are completely unable to retain possession in the dying minutes of a game in order to dominate the close out and completely lock the other team out?

In the last 5 minutes of play, Brazil had 6 or so shots on goal and Joe Hart hoofed the ball up the field twice, only to give possession back to Brazil straight away.

Damn sure, if the shoe had been on the other foot, we wouldn't have seen any of the ball in the last 5 mins or so.
We have a natural tendency to retreat when we lose possession because our defenders have no confidence operating the offside trap. It is as though it is overlooked in training.
Some say the trap gives the benefit of the doubt to forwards nowadays but last night there was an example when a Brazilian player was level but given offside and therefore suggesting perhaps the benefit of the doubt is given to defenders.
And we can’t retain possession because we’re too heavy footed with heavy touches. We were like rhinos and the Brazilians were like wasps buzzing around us without even playing particularly well. There is too much emphasis on gym work and building a physique when in actual fact this may be responsible. Fitness work should be done with the ball along with technical games like futsal, beach soccer and footvolley.
Neymar was disappointing; perhaps overhyped? Nowhere near the level Brazilian Ronaldo was at his age. Or perhaps he has been tamed by Scolari to fit into his system.

Or, and more likely, the officials actually perceived him as being offside - rightly or wrongly.

So, a few days after Ferdinand forearm-smashes another player in the back of the head, from behind, he is named in the England squad.
Great example for the kids.

Honestly who cares? I hate it when people insist or think that footballers are/should be role models for kids.

I care. I'm not even asking for him to be a positive role model, though surely that wouldn't be asking too much. I'm asking for him not to be such a negative one. Because like it or not, kids follow examples set by self-regarding morons like Ferdinand. What he did in that match was assault, pure and simple. To reward that sort of behaviour with an England cap is a shocking example.

Fair enough. I still think the 'role model' crap should be put to an end.
Hardly assault, not a very sporting thing to do I agree, but it was nothing major at all. The only reason he did it was because he knew if Torres tried to kick or punch him back he would miss and end up knocking someone from the crowd out.

That's the parent's fault, not Duckface's. My kids love football, and they admire certain players for their footballing abilities. But because I hope I've brung them up proper, they are fully aware that as human beings, many of these arses aren't worth crossing the street to pee on if they were on fire.

Duckface shouldn't play for England, not because he's a moron (which he is), but because he's fkING CRAP.

As I have always said I would rather no United players, played for England, however Ferdinand has been very good this season, and there simply arent any better English centre backs.

A laughable mention of Dawson earlier.
