I worry every game. You never know which team will turn up.
To be honest I'm not too worried about a humping from a team challenging for an automatic promotion place
It's the humpings from the likes of Posh that do the damage.

That was definitely a misleading score line. We (Blackpool) were very lucky to go in at half time 2 nil up. You had plenty of possession and if anything it was us doing more of the defending and attacking on the break. You just offered nothing in the final third of the field. On several occasions you had the ball well into our half but we managed to pressure you back up the field forcing you to pass back to your keeper ( the only times he got anywhere near the ball ) When we got to 4-0 your heads did seem to drop, but we also seemed to take our foot of the gas when it went to 5-0, although we still managed to have a goal disallowed for a foul (almost identical to our 6th goal) and hit the post. Everything we tried today resulted in a goal (6 goals from 11 shots) where as Tuesday we only managed 2 against Leeds from 20shots due to good goal keeping and some very poor shooting. You actually had a midfield that tried to play and put some pressure on us, where as Leeds offered nothing in midfield. If the 2 scores from our games against Leeds and you (2-1 and 6-0) were swapped around that would probably offer a better idea of the 2 games.

Don't worry CVM, it could be worse, you could have been losing 5-0 away to Fulham in the premier league. Now THAT would be embarrassing.
Oh.

Why have we let Delaney go on essentially a free? We struggle to defend and have insufficient cover at cb as it is. Most odd.

Cos was a carthorse?
Interesting that we didn't get any defenders in but 2 more strikers, one of whom is wee man from jackass!!
God knows how many we'll let in today.

I went today. We were s t. Only thing that was worse was the standard of refereeing.

My old man said we weren't that bad. He thinks the potential is there but they'll take a while to gel.
Hopefully, eh?!

Defence was woeful.
Ainsley started ok but increasingly looked out of his depth. He was the cause if the second goal, he went walkabout without cover.
The first goal was a shambles. Four consecutive shots in target where no one pushed out.
Their game plan was the long ball. Thump it up the left wing, murphy nods it down inside and hopes that creswell picked it up. Worked a few times, murphy is a great target man, then Huddersfield just worked out to pick off the knock down.
Loach was brilliant a real asset. He made 4 superb saves in the second half including the ridiculous penalty awarded by a linesman who had fell on his arse.
The ref was really bad, lost control of the game and resorted to a level of pedantry this forum would have been proud of.
True, they picked up in the second half, and Taylor and chambers look promising.
My main concern was the lack of someone to lead the team, maybe Edwards will give that back. There was nobody in the team who could put his foot on the ball, assess the situation and distribute the ball. We just hammered the ball up the flanks and looked predictable.
Chopra lacked decent service.
Hopeful? Not really.
