whats with all the negativity?
A point against one of our bogey teams is a result.
It keeps the unbeaten run going.
The match wasnt great becuase 2 good teams cancelled each other out. a year ago they would have thrashed us, this shows the progress made.
3 points off the playoffs and people are still moaning. unbeleivable.

The two centre backs were poor, not sure what Hyam was doing most of the game.
Too many poor passes, players lifting the ball off the floor making control at the other end bloody difficult.
A reliance on a lifted long ball in piss poor conditions that saw the ball lost time and time again. That and that the Watford centre backs had the measure of Murphy.

Excellent performance.
Mcgoldirck was class and worked hard. Murph had a good game also.
The defence was solid. At no point did Donny look like scoring apart from the free kick in the first half which was saved brilliantly by deano.
Up into the playoff positions at final whistle, but now at 7th. Happy with that.
COYB!

Quietly going about our business aren't we?
Easy game to slip up against the likes of Donny, Bournemouth away is another tricky game, as is Charlton at home (no easy games in this league as they say)
Still, there's the chance to pick up some points, who knows.
I'm hoping we're in with a shot of making the play offs with a few games to go, long long way to go as yet.
Ebanks-Blake could be the difference this season, i'm praying he'll do the business with McGoldrick, those two could be amazing!

Yep. We seem to have sneaked up to 7th 'under the radar' a little as everyone talks about QPR, Leicester & Burnley.
This is good. We are a whole new proposition from last year. If teams are gonna beat us this year they are gonna have to do it the hard way.
Merlin Magician seems to have instilled a great defence at last.
At no point yesterday was I worried that we'd concede a goal when the other team attack. I've never felt this before. Ever.
At long last there is the feeling that we are becoming promotion contenders and that the good times are returning.
EIEIEIO Up the football league we go!

Bit of a gap with the top teams appearing though.
A win over QPR and Leeds would make things interesting though (albeit unlikely obviously!)
Ebanks-Blake 'could' be a season defining signing.
I know I keep harping on about him, but he could be worth 6-10 goals for the remainder of the season, and our defence is pretty tight, barring that 4-4 with Derby (which is now, in hindsight, looking like a decent result!)
Goal difference could be key too.

Weren't we one of the last teams to take points from derby?
At the time is seemed like a devastating loss to only get a point.
SEB could be the difference for us to propel us onwards. The 433 we are playing seems to be working and Murphy & McGoldrick seemed to be linking up well. Another dimension to this could be excellent.
All quiet from the inbreds eh?
