My sons becoming really interested in football and wants to start going to some matches. Whilst i wouldn't describe myself as a massive football fan, having moved to Suffolk 6 years ago I do have a soft spot for our local "big' team and like to see them do well.
Hence I will be popping down to Portman Road for the first time to watch a few matches with him come season kick off in August. Obviously made all the sweeter with the promotion to the CL.

I’m told by people who have done this, that this is excellent for kids Hence I will be popping down to Portman Road for the first time to watch a few matches with him come season kick off in August. Obviously made all the sweeter with the promotion to the CL.

No surprises for who the first new signing through the door is. After having three bids rebuffed in January, Mckenna finally gets his man.

And the run comes to an end. I feel if we played Leeds last week we would have beaten them, but their £70million front line was just too much.
Hoping for 2/3 bodies in through the door before the window closes.
Luckily our 50p and a packet of crisps defence (and the ref) helped you out a bit Hoping for 2/3 bodies in through the door before the window closes.

Could have been 6-5 to us and I don't think you could have complained either...strange one, but Leeds team is insane on paper for this division, pretty sure Farke will get you promoted.
What a whirlwind for us!
2-0 down to a Cardiff team happy to sit and counter. Thought they were very organised and will catch a number of teams out this season, Ramsay is absolute class still.
I don't think we've got the overall quality of player to go on and really make an impression on this division, but Broadhead and Davis are two absolute gems, the rest of us is built on being well drilled and a very hard working team.
Predict us to finish just outside the top 6, falling short with a few weeks to go...will be a bumpy ride at times, but we'll have our share of wins.
After the dross we've endured since McCarthy's play-off team, it's very much welcomed!

We have more points now than I had hoped we'd have by Halloween.
When we play well we are lovely to watch.
When we dont we seem to be able to grind out results.
Good Times.
We've now matched our entire win tally from the last time we were in the Championship....unreal to think how bad we were back then :-(When we play well we are lovely to watch.

Love watching us now...not quite got the quality of some teams in terms of individuals, but we're certainly organised and have great character.
Preston sat deep against Leicester and did restrict them in chances, but still lost (largely due to Leicester quality) wouldn't be surprised for them to do the same to us, we don't have the same quality as them...
If they try and play, we win, but if they do sit, could cause problems.
Tuesday night was ace though, crowd unsually quiet in large parts, but it was just so comfortable, 50/50 stats really didn't reflect how that game panned out.
We're sooooo nice to watch.

Sounds like scoring first will be key.If they try and play, we win, but if they do sit, could cause problems.

8 points clear of 3rd already. Who would have thunk it. Most excellent !
Certainly not me.i genuinely hoped we'd be solid mid table and not in a relegation dog fight after promotion. I'm tempted to cash out already on my bet on us to win the championship 😅
£12 back for £5 " invested".....son who actually has the Paddy Power account reckons with 3 "easy" games coming up I should wait.
