Last pre season game today. We go into it unbeaten so far and having only conceded 1 goal. Promising.

A few good additions in the run up. I'm not expecting to be league winners but I'd like to see another step forward from last year. If we could hit the playoffs this year I'd be happy.
Totally agree, it's going to be tough again no doubt, getting McGoldrick fit and firing is our main task.

I'm hoping Henshall and Anderson can have better seasons, I'd also love to see Williams back on a season long loan, he'd be ideal in the centre with McGoldrick when not thumping it upfield.

Oh yes. That'll do. Good to see diggsy back and firing. Once again lovely finish from Murph. He's really prove himself in the last year. Great result against a team with an abundance of cash.

Slightly disappointed with the loss last night. However it's a distraction we don't need and we don't need to risk any players.

All in all I'm not too bothered, but wouldn't have minded going a couple of rounds further.

The league is what it's all about for me.

Lot's of changes of late, Taylor and Woody gone to Rotherham.

Norwich look like a very nice squad, lots of excellent players there, we'll be up against it tomorrow.

A draw wouldn't be a disaster against almost certain promotion contenders.

Looking forward to it. Mega nervous though.

I don't think either set of supporters can take anything from that game other than that both teams need to play significantly better to get anything from this season.

One of the worst displays I've been to at any match from both teams.

Ipswich's long ball was appalling.

Norwich's distribution kept ending on the stands.

Two decent performances on the pitch. One from each team. McGoldrick and I think Redmond??

Sammon looked good for the few minutes he came on.

The goal was a joke. How 4 players can let the ball bounce in the 6 yard area beggars belief - this includes the Norwich players who were as shocked as anyone that it ended in the net.

Piss poor game of football.

I have to disagree. I thought we (Norwich) played very well. Away from home an in a derby, we had 17 shots with 8 on target, to your 12 and 2.

Grabban could easily have had 4 goals today, needs to be more clinical. Lafferty had a few good chances too.

Ipswich looked very poor, Murphy and sammon are not gonna get 10 goals each this season.

I think you'll be lucky to make top half this season, but your home form will see you well clear of bottom 3.

Norwich played well? That's a joke right? You were well organised, nothing more.

Neither team did themselves any favours performance wise. I saw nothing to suggest you had prem quality.

It was worthy of a 0-0 and should have been. The goal was offside.

We were poor, worst I've seen us play for a while, Norwich we're not a patch on a lot of teams who visited PR last season but clearly have some excellent players.

I'm shocked by us defensively at the moment.

Hyam was very good but was left isolated by Skuse.

The balls played up to McGoldrick and Murphy was appalling.

Agree on Sammon. Miss Wiiliams massively, ball was on the deck and showed that Murphy can actually play with the ball at his feet. Collision - fingers crossed he signs and is fit.

Really? Take off your blue an white specs. Grabban missed a one on one and defender cleared one off the line. Lafferty had a couple of good chances too.

The best you managed was a worked free kick from out the box.

I'm not saying we were the best team ever, but in a derby game, away, where only 2 of out players had played in before, I thought we handled everything with ease an played some decent stuff at times.

There's still a lot more to come.

You guys need a major shake up.

As watch the goal again, Berra (I think) is nearly on the goal line faking an injury to keep grabban on side. Good call from both the Lino and the ref.

Nope. Grabban was offisde when it was headed back in. He can clearly be seen standing directly in front of Gerken and is about a bodies width behind Berra. It can only be seen on the directly square angle. Most angles make it look like he is onside.
