Well, did our best to throw that away - where else are 5 needed to secure a win.
Started poorly, woke after 15 mins & started scoring, carried on into second half before going back to sleep.
Entertaining stuff though & quality goal from Parker & Jack. Parker man of the match, Franco worked hard & deserved his goal which he took well.
Shambles at the back, real worry with upson out for a few games, played Spector, Da Costa, Gaddidon & Ilunga - he needs to look at that again. F*ck knows what Clarke's been doing recently, needs to look at number of goals we conceed.
Man U up next. Reckon score will be somewhere between 1-0, 0-1, 4-6, 2-7.....

He's been carrying a thigh problem & hasn't featured in any of our last few games - pity as he turned the game against ar*enal.
Cole's a real worry - looked in pain when he went down on saturday, obvious that he had to come off at the end of the first half, saw something that said out for a couple of months earlier today but can't find anything specific.
Behrami also out with a knee problem.
Year in year we have the same damn problems with injury's.

Didn't know about that RE: Damanti, cheers. He looks like a good player when fit. Tough little man and lovely left foot.At least we're not relying on Cole for goals now, but yeah, we need Cole to be fit (assuming he's not sold in January).

Agree re Cole, but just been on Talksport that he'll be out till end of Jan at earliest - better source that one.
Franco came from the Inter Milan bench, far as I'm aware. Was a bit worried to begin with but as he's got match fit he's started to look class. Really deserved his goal last week & I reckon should be good for a few more.
Think that he's on a 1 year deal, but good to see him starting regularly now. We work better with two up front.
Despite the above suspect that Franco maybe the lone striker tomorrow against Man U. Midfield needs to be strong to stand upto Utd. Kovac hasn't looked great so hopefully Nob's back in with Parker & Kovac to bolster, Collison & Stanislas wide.
