I've been sent a link to a picture of him cupping his ear about 5 times today by my pals. Maybe I'm being precious, but that really does feel like a big fk you by him. Fair enough, I liked him for the past two seasons but he really does need to adapt. In any other type of business, you are constantly being sent on courses to improve your skill set which you then apply to your job. What does he do? Reverts back to his Bolton bullst. Fed up of it, I won't be renewing if he is in charge when I get my email.

And nor will I...This is what many don't get. It's not the league position, nor the results it's not the effort(generally)that's the problem. The problem is when you're paying fortunes for a season ticket( or two in many cases) seeing the same negative/safety first/plodding uninspiring tripe every time you sit your bum on your expensive seat makes you question what the fk you're doing it for.
And something else, when you see it on the tele,(instead of from high on the halfway line where we are), you simply don't get anywhere near the same impression of how absolutely horrible the lack of movement, the two banks of four, the default hoofball really bloody is.You don't see how Taylor isn't allowed to go over the half way line,or how the midfield is completely static, etc etc. Watching it every two weeks breaks you.
I'm finding now that I'm going to watch the opposition ,rather than my club.

I havent heard a WHU fan yet say that we (HC) deserved to lose. I've heard that our sending off of the goal keeper was a farce too.
OK, you deserved to lose. We get our keeper sent off, and rather than taking off a forward, he takes off one of his defenders (his son as it happens, bet that was a bit frosty!). WH playing one up front meant that we could leave all of our forwards on the pitch. Now if I'd have been Dullardyce, I'd have over ran our defense with forwards...

After the watching the Liverpool game Sunday the family and me are going to North Wales for a few days.I'm hoping, instead of having to go all the way back to Chelmsford on the train, the wife will pick us up in the car at a station en-route ( so say anywhere from Shenfield/Brentwood A12,round M25 toward M1 etc.
Anyone have an opinion what would be the nearest station to anywhere on that route( without it taking ages of course, in which case we'll just meet at Brentwood?

FFS guys we won and starting to look safe. I think Sam is doing a decent job given the resources £'s available. Do you really want to play pretty football in the Championship ? Boooooooooo
However, there is more to life than just staying mid table in the Premier League, like trying to win FA Cup matches for example. Like trying to engage with what West Ham means to the fans and what the club is famous for. Like taking the odd risk with team selection, playing 3 up front at home, trying to actually win games by scoring several goals instead of playing this awful brand of stats based, hoofball dross in every single match.
BFS(out) won`t change his modus operandi, so AFAIAC he can clear off. If that means the drop and another rebuild then so be it.
