Still not safe with two games to go, with the likes of Stoke Palace, Swansea, Hull all above us, and with a quite likely finishing position of 16th,missing relegation by a couple of points. Even Zola stayed up by 5 points.
No, not a reasonable season at all.

I can't see us getting any more points this season. Having said that we have a much better goal difference than the other teams around us which is worth an extra point. It would take some very strange results to send us down.

Indeed it would, Fulham and Cardiff can't catch us, but on the basis of our form, we should be thankful they are both even worse than us.

I don't agree with "but it has still been a reasonable season for the east London team who sit relatively comfortably in 14th spot in the Premier League." from that article. It's been a ste season!
Surviving relegation on Goal Difference and being in the bottom 3 for much of the time would by my reckoning be a pretty st season. I don't who these idiots are that write this stuff but clearly they haven't got a clue. I would say it's been one of the worst seasons I can remember for a long time. Even when we were relegated in 2003 we went down with some fight.

I certainly don't think this team would have what it took for Tevez and Co to go and beat Man Utd on the last day of the season in order to stay up.

As hard and as difficult as it will be, as they are a very good side, it will send the fans home happy if we can beat our local rivals and get three points on the board to end our home campaign on a high.
Not they`re not.
No it won't.

And then:

"I've been doing this job an awful long time and I will work as hard as I can every single day of the week to make everybody happy. "

That's going to involve quite a change to his usual methods.

Personally I'd rather all this Sam out bks was left until the seasons finished - he won't be sacked now or on the basis of a poll and he won't walk out.

The Board are doubtless aware of the unrest as it's been growing (much more noticably) since the hull game.

I'm sure we'll manage to fk up the remaining games but I'd rather they concentrated on preparing/going to the pub etc than manager fielding questions on his future all the time.

Probably only paper talk but the Sun has an article today suggesting that Ravel Morrison could be tempted to stay if BFS goes - looks like they had quite a falling out?

Wish we had kept RM and put SA out on loan. We could desperately have done with RM's creativity for the last few games.
