I reckon that must be him done now, surely? Let Harry see if he can sort him out.
I've always been willing to give him a(nother) chance but enough is enough. There's no smoke without fire and SAF was probably right - great ability mixed with poor attitude does not a great footballer make.

Hopeless case really & we can't have him dragging the Club into his bks. Presumably we'll have to wait on the outcome re his future but given that he was out w/ injury/operation I hadn't expected him to take much part at the start of the season anyway - might've seen him late Oct/Nov?
In more positive news... and taken from KUMB:
"Carl Jenkinson is one the verge of becoming a Hammer after successfully completing a medical. The Arsenal right-back is poised to join West Ham on a season-long loan following the arrival of Calum Chambers and Mathieu Debuchy and is understood to have completed the examination this lunchtime [Thursday]."

Jenkinson loan completed; don't know much about him but sounds a decent signing.

As for the wrong place, Sir Alex said he needed to get away from Manchester to start a new life. Seems he was spot on.
He is probably in Strangeways now which is certainly not a good place to be.Having said all that I hope we see him back in a WH shirt. Can't see too many top sides looking to sign him now.
I'm all for second chances but I draw the line at sixth/seventh/eighth chances. He needs to go, we need to move on and try and sign someone to replace him. Such a shame but, as in business, you have to be brutal sometimes to move things forward the way that benefits the business, not the individual.

If we sell we will get very little for him now. I can see where you are coming from and I'm not kidding myself that he won't be a pain in the **** again BUT given his talent and lack of transfer value I say hang on.Having said that if somebody was to make a good offer . . . .
Pretty sure I remember that you had your own business bad company? Think to when there was an employee you thought was lieing, or you just thought you were being bullstted? What did you do? Got rid, I'd guess. Unfortunately that's what has to happen here, he's just going to be a major disruption otherwise,

So would you fire him? That means giving him away for nothing.Yes you're right I did run a business and once had the problem where my 'star' and most productive employee was also highly disruptive. I managed the situation for a while then he resigned.
Considering he was out on loan for half a season and we achieved our goal of survival then yes, I would sack him.
I hired someone 4 or 5 months ago that I thought would be a real asset but, it turns out, he's a lieing, bullstting, lazy idiot who has cost me and the business quite a chunk of cash through various howling mistakes. He won't be getting the chance to resign. That's how I feel it should be with Morrison. Surely not being able to train as he's banged up should be gross misconduct? Cancel the contract and move on, we are supposed to be a club with integrity.

Sadly that's how I feel about him too. He doesn't have the charisma of George Best either does he In fact as George Best is probably one of my all time favourite footballers who I was fortunate enough to watch many times both when ManU played the Hammers and later at Fulham I shouldn't actually mentioned Best and Morrison in the same breath !
Were we ever likely to get anything for him anyway? The whole RM saga seems to have been a clusterfk of smoke & mirrors from day one.
Re firing/not firing etc presumably there's a clause within his contract that enables us to get rid - we sacked one of the youth kids for racist abuse last season (think he joined the tractor boys this week) & I remember chelski sacking mutu for a bit of blow (only to get upset when he re-signed elsewhere ).
Doubt that the Club will make a decision before the outcome of a hearing/trial but hopefully they will act quickly afterwards as it's clear that this bks can't continue.

Can't agree there. I think RM has/had the ability to be every bit as good as Best. Sadly he will never achieve his potential so we will never know.In fact as George Best is probably one of my all time favourite footballers who I was fortunate enough to watch many times both when ManU played the Hammers and later at Fulham I shouldn't actually mentioned Best and Morrison in the same breath !
