Payet looks really relaxed on the ball, and that was a great free kick to set up our first, right on the money.

Don't know if I've mentioned it before, but I heard that when WH played Southend a few weeks ago, Phil Brown asked the WH bench if they would take Payet off, as none of his players could get near the ball in the second half laugh

I was swinging between optimism and pessimism prior to the match, glad I didn't make a statement either way now hehe

Blimey. Sat in pub back in Chelmsford. Waited a long time for that.

Played well from the off. Oxford immense. Payet quality. Sakho full of running. Adrian class as ever. Even Maiga got a song towards the end.

fking brilliant.

I'd be very surprised if there was - I've travelled to loads of away games and the support is usuallt unanimously positive, regardless of how we are getting on. Forest away is the only match I can really remember any booing.

No - but I was sat in arse club (behind the goal) so long way from the away, but also very quiet - could hear away throughout.

Hard to stay in my seat when zarate's goal went in.

Well FMOB. Was bowling in a cricket match when someone said we were 2 up. I left the pitch with an "injury" to check my phone. laugh

Long time since I heard that phrase used anywhere.

What a TUFTB ~ Turn up for the books. Hammers 11-1 on some lists for the win prior to 1.30 KO.

I do hope some of you FYB ... filled your boots. thumbup

Great result yesterday BUT, moving on we still need to sign another striker.

Hope we can finalise a deal this week.

Hernandez back in the news as being connected - can't see that happening (despite him being an un-used sub at the weekend) unless they sign another striker first.

Read over the W/E that the loanee we were connected w/ was looking at another Club - he sounded ste though so no loss there.

Still not convinced that we're in for Austin even if QPR are dropping their price.

What kind of contract is the kid on? A few more performances like that and the big boys will be all over you like a rash.

Get him signed up long term if he isn't already, need to secure Adrian as well if he hasn't as he's getting better and better.
