Well it should be happy atmosphere ( as per Russ Abbott ).
After all it is a topofthetableclash-championsleaguesixpointer
I'm an arm chair supporter but try and get to a few. Just hoping I get some VFM!

Bought my tickets but I don't actually know where to collect them from!

Assuming your sitting in regular seats collection's from the booths at the front of the ground - can't miss them; adjacent to the shop & just behind the main car park.

Might get some tickets for the game tomorrow?

You guys think it will be a good one?
Should be some goals; both teams had decent results last week as well - important game for both.

Gold and Sullivans son have now come out and said they wont be signing him... he did meet with Bilic though. There's been a training ground bust up as well between Bilic and Amalfitano
Looks like Amalfitano is on his way out:-

Bit surprised about that as he featured throughout pre-season (although don't think that he was on the bench last week). Decent player & an excellent impact sub; would rather that he stayed.
I've always liked him when he's come on but as our new manager has spoken out so publicly then I assume he must have really pissed him off. With Bilic and Dicks I don't think there's room for prima donnas in the squad now!

No; shame though as he has pace & is generally very direct - scored a couple of decent goals last year. Doubt that he will be anything more than a squad player this term though & presumably threw his toys out.

Heard yesterday that QPR have made a £1m+ Bid for Southend's keeper as Rob Green is likely to be on his way back to Upton Park?

Would he want to be Adrian's understudy??

Looks like he'd get a game sooner rather than later laugh

Very, very poor & stupid decision from Adrian at the end that's potentially extremely costly with home games against Bournemouth and Newcastle coming up. dhead.

Little positive to take out of the whole shambles, started badly with odd team choice and got worse. Leicester easily outplayed us in first half and we're comfortable at 2.

Ref was hopeless - sure he was poor at UP last season as well.

All very disappointing after last week.

For the first time in a long long time I had the chance of doing the march day experience the traditional East End way today. Pie and mash, beer .... and a defeat .

We were discussing the possible line up before the game, and I was convinced that Oxford wouldn't start. Thought it was the obvious thing to leave him on the bench after all the hype and expectation after last week, he's 16 FFS. Everything around him had to calm down.Unfortunately that wasn't the case and (understandably ) he was like a fish out of water today. May not see him start for a while.
When we moved the ball quickly we half decent, deffo a work in progress and I'm not down at all. Really had a go second half, prob a draw would have been fair.

Agree re Ox - shame but we didn't need to be that defensive from the off. Sod all service to Sakho in first as well.

Obiang looked ok when he came on & things improved. Payet's passing poor throughout - took his goal well.

Finishing and final ball generally crap & left to much to do in the second half.

Still pissed off about Adrian.

Some talk of Song before KO, instead we got some stupid oversized party poppers rolleyes

Just read that we are going to appeal Adrian's red card.

Clearly refs are clamping down on high kicking this season but I would have thought a yellow appropriate.

Appeal unsuccessful,

The Boleyn Insider on whufc.com "There has also been a lot paper talk about a new goalkeeper joining the Club this week and I can reveal that any movement in that area would depend on the outcome of Tuesday’s appeal against Adrian’s red card against Leicester. Should that not be successful, the Club will reconsider its options in that area."

Robert Green was the rumour at the weekend w/ Randolph in return to QPR on loan.

Annoying that the sending off stands; stupid that he put himself in that position though.

Team Talk reporting that we are chasing hard for Rob Green.

He would be a great number 2 IMO.
