He's proved his opinions worthless already this season.

Hopefully our run will continue - Moses back but I suspect Zarate will start again.

If he predicts us to lose often enough he'll get one right eventually....

We'd be bottom three if his predictions were real... He got slated by our official Twitter account for it during the week.

http://talkingbaws.com/2015/10/west-ham-have-mugge...

Tricky one this one, I guess we are "expected" to draw or win but I've seen a few Watford games on TV this season and they are no mugs. I would be happy with a point.

Just seen the team, no Sakho, not even on the bench. Must be injured.

Carroll and Moses start with Zarate on bench. Harsh on Zarate that.

JO'B also on bench. Lets hope he stays there.

COYI. As BM says a point would be a decent result.

Surprised about Sakho - hadn't read anything to suggest he had a problem.

Zarate & Valencia on the bench are good options but would rather Zarate started.

Sakho has a thigh injury apparently, from training.
Reckon he's gone for the pace on the break of Moses ( and maybe his physicality) rather than the guile of Zarate... hard on him admittedly, but great to have so many options, been a long, long time since we had so much strength in depth.

and Chelsea lost again!!

3 losses so far Leicester, Bournemouth & Watford. Not exactly top Prem teams.

Still Lawro had to get one right eventually.

Been reading Big Sam's book over the last couple of weeks... I can only assume he was intending to retire when it was published ....! There's a few names he's not spoke too kindly of...

If we'd been told we'd be top 5/6 after 11 games at the start of the season we would have happily taken it. Yesterday was one of those crap performances that happen from time to time, and even then it was two individual errors that cost us. We've conceded 15 goals in the league, at least half of those ( before someone says it...that's not 7.5!)have been cast-iron gifts to the opposition of which you rarely see on Sunday mornings. Yesterday it was Carroll and Tonka, previously it's been Cresswell,Jenks, Noble, Payet. That in itself is probably a result of indecision while getting used to the mindset of playing out from the back...and that will take time to get right. It was always going to be a rollercoaster this season.
As someone who had my doubts, I'm chuffed to say it's a great time to be a Hammer, new exciting team, new manager, new style of play, new stadium, lets enjoy it while it lasts.

Absolutely, as I mentioned yesterday I would have been happy with a point from that. Carroll looked embarrassed after their first, and rightly so! What was he thinking?! I think it's good that we look dangerous going forward with most attacks, something I've only ever been able to say about West Ham when we were in the Championship. Everton at home and then Spurs away for our next two games, realistically I'd be happy with 2 points from those fixtures. Watching the Everton match now, and whilst Sunderland are utter ste, Everton do look good and are exploiting their weaknesses.

Edit - and Defoe scores just as I finish writing hehe

Not Leicester.

It's proving to be an interesting season tho.

For me it's the 2 Manchester clubs, Arsenal, and one of Liverpool, Everton or Spurs in the top 4 places.

Where will Chelski finish?

+ a trillion and then some. I suspected yesterday would go tits up when I posted about the team selection. Still ~ can't win every game. Slav shuffled the pack yesterday as he had to, being without Sakho, it didn't work. Meh. We go again next game. COYI.

I think this will be a tough one, however we thought that about Chelsea (and Arsenal, Liverpool etc.) but I am worried that last week may have been the beginning of the slide to normality before Xmas.

What is it they used to say? West Ham are like the Christmas lights... they come down in the New Year.

Love to see a win but I'm predicting a 0:2 loss frown
