Rosler's given the boys their winning mentality back after Coyle threw it away. Recent bad injuries and a tough run-in for the rest of the season but you've got to fancy them to get in the playoffs. And I reckon they'd be the best team in the playoffs with all the big game experience they've had in the past couple of years.

Another great result, let's hope they can keep it up for the last big push, in the Coyle time they didn't deserve to be back in the Prem but on recent performances they definitely do.

This is probably the most gutted I've felt all season. What happened there then?

We took 20k more than you men took this year. Oh wait tongue out.

Very very proud of the club on Saturday. Our 20k were much more vocal than the 50k+ Arsenal fans. Incredible atmosphere, especially when we scored. A couple of questionable decisions however. McManaman came off far too early. He was probably our most attaching player, and when he went off, Arsenal pushed us back. Powell isn't up to a big stage yet. He can pull off his tricks in the Championship, but against Arsenal at Wembley, no chance. Fair play to Caldwell for having the balls to step up for the first penalty, but there was a faint grumble of twenty thousand people saying "oh ste" when we saw him walking towards the penalty spot. Carson and Crainey played absolute blinders, they were ace. Don't think anyone played particularly badly and we were worrying Arsenal a bit.

Just need to put 100% into coming back to Wembley for the play offs now. Onwards and upwards!

Spirited performance and good luck for the return in the playoffs. However..
Looked like more than 2000 empty seats at your end. I understood that Wigan had returned 6000 of their 22,807 allocation.
Suggest you listen to the recordings of the match regarding how intermittant your vocal contribution was
'Questionable decisions'? Presumably you mean the failure to award a foul when Mcmanananananaman clattered Monreal.
You played like a championship team and we made you look better with our failure to up the tempo. Only 2 shots on target (one the pen) all game for WA tells the story.

Didn't expect to see a play off position, especially after Coyle's destruction of the team. Whether we get promotion or not I can't complain with the season we've had, and I hope we keep Rosler and most of the players. Will be glad to see the back of Nick Powell though.

Yet again, McManaman gets subbed off early and the opposition go on to score pretty much straight away. I just don't get it. If it's a fitness thing, then Rosler better cancel Callum's holidays and get him on a treadmill this summer. I'm not too disappointed about the result, I'm pretty chuffed with what we've achieved and I'm looking forward to next season.

I also think a few Wigan fans just sighed a breath of relief not having to fork out for our 5th trip to Wembley in 13 months.
