Just unfortunate that the start was so open otherwise it probably would've been 0-0.
Ramis had a tough start to his Prem career but after that I thought he was excellent, seems very comfortable on the ball which will help with the style of play. The back three were good full stop really, Caldwell seems to have cut out his propensity to make clumsy mistakes and Alcaraz is just solid.
Midfield were excellent. McCarthy did a convincing Lampard impression, just wished he would've had a crack rather than stopping and passing it wide at times, especially when it was obvious it wasn't working.
Just a shame up front were nullified by a combination of poor quality final balls and Chelsea's stoic defending. Kone really should've scored that header as well.
Still, you've carried on the good work from last year, at the very least you're still good to watch, get a few points on the board in the next few games and see what happens from there.
