Hopefully the team can put the lid on the relegation fights coffin tonight, for this season anyway. 
The press are carrying on like staying up is a done deal but it most certainly isn't, we aren't safe until we whack three more points onto our tally and we all know how easily such a situation can turn against any team.
That being said, I'll be donning my red and whites and heading to the boozer with an Everton supporting work mate for this one, he travelled down to Sunderland with me at the weekend for the Chelsea game and loved it so I jokingly offered him my t-shirt for the night so he would be less embarrassed
Hopefully they don't turn us over again, although I think our squad is immeasurably better than it was back then, in terms of performances shown and the players themselves - fingers crossed!
