I think that was Borinis demands, Defoe wanted to come but his club said non.
I'm disappointed we haven't signed a striker, good luck Charlie.
Happy with Sandro
Remy's departure has left Rangers light on strikers and I've no idea who covers Isla at RB - Ned?I'm disappointed we haven't signed a striker, good luck Charlie.

Still, over the course of the window, we've managed to sign Rio, Caulker, Fer, Mutch, Vargs, Sandro and Kranjar. And have kept Matty Phiilips and Ned.
Some good business.
But will there be enough goals between now and January?

How long do you give old slipper face then? you quite literally cant afford to go down 'arry has spunked a fortune and yet your comfortably the worst team in the league. Surely his time is up?
I hope his time is up, there is no passion or desire, just looking at the players yesterday they seemed totally disinterested.Harry and his mates need to go ASAP, we need new, fresh ideas - HR's tactics are not working.
If QPR go down this season, then I can see Fernandes pulling the plug, then we're fked!

Don't you own the FL a massive FFP fine? And if you don't pay you might be out of the league?
I think that's being 'debated' at the moment, I think Fernandes' view is that why can a club, who were already in the PL, spend more than a club that's just been promoted to the PL, doesn't sound like cricket to me.It's sad times and I see HR won't be offered a contract extension, which is good, but Les Ferdinand is back at the club as a go between, for whatever reason, maybe Sherwood might be an interesting appointment, or indeed Pullis...
And Rio Ferdinand is now a bloody DJ on radio 2 or 4, do more training you slow gimp!

My opinion is Harry's drawing a retirement wage - there is no way he will be offered new terms even if we stay up. The lack of fight on the pitch makes me believe that the players don't believe that his tactics are right - perhaps they need Hoddle to do daily Karma sessions!
Rio's signing has been a similar cock-up to 2 years ago - whilst the PR machine will show he is a great influence in the changing room etc, the hacts are he has been sh*t when on the pitch, whilst Onuaha sits on his ar*e wondering how he cannot get in the team when he is the best and most mobile centre-back we have.
I would have Pulis with no hesitation - only issue is that HR and him are good friends so apparently he would only come if HR resigns rather than being pushed. I think Sherwood may also be good, but given where we are in the table and the fact that isn't going to change much in the next month given our fixtures, Pulis would be the most sensible choice.
I really thought we would not be here again - ho hum..

Rio. Played 7. Conceded 15. Says it all. I can only assume pressure from TF led to his being dropped against Liverpool because Harry seems determined to start him at all costs.
Staring Onouha at RB and Isla on the right midfield was perfect. Bobby played a blinder and Vargas turns out to have goals in him.
Shame Dunne got distracted for the first goal and Caulker was massively unlucky for the third.
Overall, though, this is much more the sort of fast attacking set up that the fans have been crying out for. Why Harry hasn't been able to see it up till now is beyond me.

I also agree with the performance - MUCH better than any so far. I found it interesting that it came with no flair players in the midfield as Hoilett, Phillips, Krancjar etc were unused subs. I also thought Henry was better than Barton has been so far.
However, we MUST get 3 pts re Villa otherwise Redknapp is staring down the barrell with Chelsea and Man city next.

Very very important three points, and two very well taken goals. Clean sheet just as important - I fear for Villa, five losses on the trot without scoring.
Team is definitely better without Rio and Joey.
Yeah, great finish on both goals by Charlie, amazing assist by Vargas on the 2nd. The Bobby/Charlie/Vargas thing has clicked in nicely in the last couple of games. But getting the clean sheet also very important. Particularly satisfying given Lambert's record against QPR over the last 4-5 years.Team is definitely better without Rio and Joey.
Surprised how well Henry and Sandro are filling the Joey-shaped hole.
Not surprised to see how well YSY is playing. After the 2nd leg of the Wigan playoff I'd have plated him every minute.
