Top marks for Stoke yesterday, they could have had a few more goals, but I felt sorry for the Bolton fans in a way, must have been an awful trip home...

No marks for the commentators on ITV, going on about Stoke being a "One club town", I'm sure Port Vale fans would have something to say about that, plus Stoke is a City. the hint's in the Club's name, you clowns!

Well what an excellent result. Don`t think anybody saw that coming. Not bad in such a short space of time, an FA cup final and what should be european football. Just wish people (not necessarily on here) would stop coming out with the `anti-football` bull. Every single team has someone who can do a long throw and defenders that can hoof it up field when required. Yes the passing game is nice to watch but it doesn`t suit every team.

I had a amazing day yesterday, was proud to be a Stokie!

Anyway at the end of the day if 400ish million can only beat little old Stoke 1 - 0 i can sleep easy on that smile

Was a great day, both sets of fans were great i didnt see a single bit of trouble anywhere.

Roll on next season with our european tour!

Considering Latics' location, a hop skip and a jump from long-established super-clubs like Man U, Man C, Liverpool and Everton, and the historical rugby-ness of Wigan, I don't think they do too bad. Not sure Stoke would get that many fans if they were in a similar spot.
