Is that a Spec B Legacy? As per my thread on the Subaru board, these are currently getting my attention as I ponder a change from a 2005 Mazda 6 to something a bit more interesting!

unfortunately not. UK 2.5 se. tried to find a spec b but could find the right one ( low miles, owners, FSH, no previous damage ). the 2.5se I bought from a guy who owned it from new, serviced every year at Subaru main dealer and had every invoice for every item ever bought for it. was the next best thing, but a little slower ! the Forester STI makes up for the difference ( weekend toy ).

Some pictures of my new forester:

It's lowered on Pedders kit, sports grille and Godspeed brakes.

Plans for remap and exhaust next summer and some summer wheels.

Might seam like an odd picture to share, but I think this expresses the reason I've been clinging on to the car for longer than I do most.

It's my car and it just kind of gets on with it..

Does that make sense?

Konan, that's the same reason I've kept my 03 wagon for 9 years. Does everything and keeps a smile on my face while doing it.

Like the wheels on yours too.

Prodrive GT1s - Picked an immaculate set of 5 up with 4 near new tyres for about the price of the tyres. Somebody bought them, stood them on their car then changed their mind IIRC.

Went for them for a bit of extra width to run 225s.

I was careful and used a rug and the bungees were positioned so they wouldn't do any damage fear not!

Not that I know of, but I'm sure some have been transplanted.

No, DCCD was limited (in classics) to the STI type R and RA's, and as they only produced STI wagons in the new age cars from 2001 to 2002, only the STI RA and Spec C RA had it as standard/option.
