Yep, it was a 30 zone (which im guessing he was exceeding) and i dont think he broke at all, swerved left just before impact. Knocked me into the car in front which knocked that into the car in front and then one more. 5 cars were damaged in total due to the force. My neck feels fooked and the car is a write off.
